One of my passions is cooking. Whilst many baulk at the thought of slaving over a hot stove, I find cooking incredibly therapeutic, allowing me to channel my stresses and frustrations of the day into new endeavours. There’s nothing better than coming home, kicking off my shoes, pouring a glass of sauvignon blanc, throwing open the fridge and deciding what to cook for supper.
Other times, when we have friends or family over for dinner I spend days beforehand planning out my meal, seeking inspiration from my favourite cookbooks like Moro and Ottolenghi and combining them with my own ideas.
This page is a work-in-progress collection of my all time favourite quick-fix supper meals, together with my dinner party menus as and when I create them – I hope you can find some epicurean inspiration for your kitchen here too.
